About the Role:
We are looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist, who will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data and contributing to decision-making processes to support our company's financial performance and growth. In this Istanbul based position, you will be directly reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports in IFRS basis
• Perform monthly financial statements analytical reviews and report to the top management
• Review financial data for accuracy, completeness and compliance with accounting standards
• Coordinate Ferrero Group Accounting policies and ensure the alignment with local obligations, implement new accounting treatments
• Responsible for communication with Group Consolidation Office and external auditors
• Provide data to auditors for Statutory Financial Statements prepared annualy in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code
• Work very close with accounting, controlling and other departments in order to maintain the data quality on financial reporting
• Participate actively in implementation of improvements on financial reporting processes, finance related projects and SAP systems
Who we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
• Preferably 2-3 years of audit experience
• Knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS
• Creative problem solving skills with analytical mindset
• Proactive approach, positive attitude and eager to learn
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate
• Fluency both in English and Turkish, both written and verbal
