About the Role:

Look no further, at Ferrero UK&I we are currently looking for a Fields Capability Manager to drive excellence in Field Sales through the communication of Commercial Planning across the UK & Ireland field team. You have always loved it. Now you can be part of it.
Developing comment platforms and thus better working practices across Commercial Planning, in store END model & STAR (Ways of working) as well as enforcing better understanding and control through the in-store auditing team.
You will be an active member of the Senior Field Management Team, making strategic recommendations for the long-term development and direction of the Field Capability team.
Identifying training needs by role within the existing fields team by working closely with each Channel Head, analysing performance results and trends, observing behaviour in field and pro-actively seeking feedback.
You will enhance existing induction programs – both ongoing (year-round) and at times of wider team expansion (typically for the start of session one each year) Agreeing stretching but achievable KPIs and ensuring that these are delivered.
Effectively develop, manage and motivate the Field Capability Trainers ensuring that they meet and exceed their KPIs.
You will develop an appropriate process with FSS & Ferrero Field management team to ensure seamless communication of information is available at all times to support the broader team development needs.
Manging the responsibilities and priorities of the Field Capability Team, ensuring the right person in the right place at the right time by carrying out monthly 1-2-1s with the Field Capability Team.
Who we are looking for:
You would be a solid Field Sales Manager within the FMCG industry with strong commercial awareness and acumen, with proven leadership and people development skills of a substantial team of diverse individuals. Proven ability to work and collaborate cross functionally to unlock results for the different channels.
Familiar with the key drivers of sales force effectiveness and the capabilities, processes and practices required to drive them, and with excellent Sales Training and Development experience.
