About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to support the brand teams by owning and driving insights for Ferrero Rocher, Nutella, and Tic Tac portfolios in Asia Pacific (ANZ, SEA, HKTW, JPKR). Specifically, as the CSU Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing research projects in the region. Your main aim is to drive business results via insights—directly influencing business strategy, innovation, communications, pricing, media investments, retail, go to market, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

•    You will support business decision-making and drive action by answering business questions through research and consolidation and analysis of existing information
•    You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of research projects
•    You will finalize market research brief documents and brief research agencies. You will ensure that the research is in line with the business objectives and strategy
•    You will define and recommend, to stakeholders and line manager, the best solution from a value-for-money point of view, finalize the methodology, and negotiate costs
•    You will write the executive summary, collect and interpret findings, create clear relevant insights-driven presentations, and conduct workshops when necessary
•    You will liaise between different stakeholders. You will manage effective relationships with internal customers and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and are of high quality
•    You will collaborate across different teams in a matrix structure—at local, regional, and Area level—to ensure that research decisions are in line with strategy and that all findings are shared
•    You will be reporting to the Consumer Insights Team Lead

Who we are looking for:

Technical Skills:

•    Minimum 5 years in FMCG consumer insights (client-side or agency)
•    Extensive experience leading BOTH quantitative and qualitative research projects
•    Hands on experience in business intelligence/analytics 
•    Excellent consolidation skills—ability to integrate information from multiple sources and create clear, simple, coherent, logical conclusions, insights, and recommendations. 
•    Ability to tell stories via data and insights
•    Significant on-the-ground experience in Asia
•    Adept with Microsoft Office, Nielsen software
•    Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, etc.) and experience with data visualization, Power BI a plus

•    Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills; ability to influence business teams and stakeholders
•    Collaborative and ability to work effectively in a multi-functional team and matrix structure
