About the Role:
The aim of the role is to Lead the project team that is responsible for the My Perfect Store Preparation, Test and implementation in China. Keep the modules continuously up-to date based on changing requirements and different phases, and push My Perfect Store to its next milestone to maximize its impact to sales team, especially in distribution and assortman, shelf management, field sales management, category management and trade marketing, etc.
Project Development and Improvement
•Lead the project team that is responsible for the My Perfect Store system and calculation rules Preparation, Test and implementation in China
•Identify in conjunction with IT the My Perfect Store system support and modules of SFA required and perform a gap analysis versus the current system infrastructure and develop an upgrade plan to meet MyPS system support requirements. Keep the modules continuously up-to date based on changing requirements
•Set action standards for My PS kpi’s by channel by touchpoint in alignment with trade Marketing, Sales and Marketing and keep them up to date
Training and Sharing
•Support the development of content for My PS training programs to Sales Teams and conduct the training.
Company Dashboard and Analysis
•Develop the My PS reporting, analyze frequently the reports, identify and quantify gaps, opportunities and direct interventions. Share the findings with Sales and Management Team.
•Provide input to Sales for incentive setting. Prepare frequent reports to Sales regarding incentive achievement vs target
•Base on the QI result, analyze and give the right suggestion on business opportunity, and business risk.
Other tasks assigned by line manager or company
Who we are looking for:
- External or Internal Ferrero candidate, preferably from BU with advanced My PS implementation
- Preferably experience with My Perfect Store as a concept and implementation and/or management in other companies or Ferrero BU’s
- Experience in Category Management, Account management, Trade Marketing and Field Sales management
- Experience in trade marketing/SFA/shelf management system implementation is a plus
- Good project management and organization skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
