About the Role:

If you are looking for a role with variety and challenges this is it. As a Business Insight Analyst you will report to Business Intelligence Team Leader and support him/her in collecting, compiling, verifying and analysing financial, competitive, sales, marketing and other information about actual business and business potential, so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions based on deep understanding of category/channel/retailer/market dynamics. 

Main Responsibilities:

•    Gather and analyse relevant information (e.g. category performance and trend, business drivers)
•    Use statistical data and tools to perform applicable calculations.
•    Perform sell-in/sell-out analysis by categories and brands, SKU’s, also on Retailer level
•    Identify gaps and opportunities and prepare proposal how to improve category/brand/retailer performance
•    Prepare relevant reports and presentations that help to present the conclusions of the analysis effectively and prepare argumentations based on the findings.
•    Builds up standardised KPIs and report to follow execution and results of Ferrero (and competitors') promotions, in-store activities by the different clients
•    Participate in category management, range review projects with the clients
•    Communicate, co-operate with people in multiple departments.
•    Follow company rules and regulations.

Who we are looking for:

Job Requirements: 

•    Bachelors’ degree in business 
•    Min. 3 years' experience in business intelligence in the FMCG sector
•    Strong analytical and mathematical skills are needed 
•    Skills to present and communicate complex ideas effectively in both English and Hungarian (spoken and written)
•    Strong knowledge of PC software Excel, PowerPoint is a MUST 
•    Strong knowledge of Access, SAP, BW, Nielsen Answers, Nielsen Spaceman is an advantage
