About the Role:
For our Global Presidency team, we are looking for a Brand Manager that will work for Kinder Eggs & Gifting in the Travel Market channel and will be responsible for its Strategic Plan.
You will develop and propose the Marketing Mix and Plan Definition, including positioning, planning and budgeting process for the category from a BU perspective.
Moreover, you will supervise and perform Brand Management activities and Category projects to achieve the given targets (P&L, Market Share / Competitive position objectives) within budget constraints in full alignment with the Global Presidency guidelines.
- Travel Market Category Strategic Plan and Implementation: you will support Kinder Category Manager in strategic plan preparation, providing inputs and brand marketing strategy, analysing and building channel-specific expertise of the category, defining the category’s marketing plan and providing input to the long-term strategic plan
- Portfolio Management and Innovation: you will support the development of innovation initiatives and their deployment in Travel Market, in alignment with Brand guidelines and portfolio strategy, leveraging market opportunities and expertise, in coordination and full alignment with key relevant internal and external stakeholders. Moreover, you will propose opportunities such as new SKUs launch or dismiss, coordinating the its creation, including documentation and creative development process, according to defined Global Brand Catalogue process, set Golden Rules and Travel Market strategy
- Various Operations and Business Follow-up: you will be involved in periodic monitoring of category performance, presentations, budget management including purchase orders management and invoicing tracking, B2B Trade-fairs preparation support including concept development and trade argumentation (3 times per year), Brand Book release/update according to new SKUs and in-store POS material concept and digital eContents.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your 2-5 years of experience in operational and strategic marketing together with your multi-markets and multicultural understanding, developed after a Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business administration, Supply Chain or any other relevant fields.
Being a dynamic, flexible, proactive and results oriented person, you will contribute to the Group achievements using your strong communication and influencing skills, together with your project management capability.
Last but not least, you have an analytical mindset and a financial understanding, and an excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint. PDP and SAP portals, Nielsen/IRI/Euromonitor DBs will be considered as a plus.
