Your responsibilities:

  • Leader of projects automation and efficiency in accounting processes
  • Increase the efficiency and the automation of order to cash, order to pay processes and other process referred to accounting in compliance with the company's procedures and tax regulations
  • Active cooperation with commercial departments (sales, marketing, trade marketing) and contact with external contractors
  • Promotion of metric KPIs culture in the company, reporting monthly most important KPIs to the top management and departments using tools of Ferrero Group
  • Identifying processes and monthly KPIs to be improved, preparation of the action’s list and support its implementation
  • Investigation and in-depth analysis of time-consuming processes within Finance, Accounting and Controlling Department and proposing improvements
  • Verification, settlements and record of accounting documents
  • Analysis, control and reconciliation of balances accounts with the aim to ensure proper monthly closure

Your profile:

  • Education in accounting or finance
  • 3-5 years’ experience in audit company or in Shared Service Center
  • Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Proactive and open-minded approach, finding new solutions and following the implementation until the target is reached
  • Analytical thinking and result orientation
  • Accuracy and precision in action
  • Very good communication skills
