About the Role:
For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Strategic R&D PMO SUPPORT to join our central Strategic R&D Department.
As a key player in the Strategic R&D PMO and Business Analysis Team, you will be supporting the coordination of the projects and their correct implementation in the different phases and across the following streams:
Open Innovation Science: supporting the Group in discovery, evaluation and integration plans of external science and technology innovation with the scope of generating growth and differentiation in next generation products combining superior taste performance, improved nutritional profile and sustainability.
Food Trend: scouting of relevant nutrition trends (e.g. plant based) and adaptation of the long-term innovation roadmap
Quality Audit: defining and implementing operational mechanisms (processes, tools, methods and rules) ensuring a uniform audit approach throughout the value chain across all Group geographies, monitoring the upstream function and the performance indicators of audit activities
Moreover, you’ll be called to manage cross-functional reporting tools, involve and provide updates to the relevant stakeholders.
You will support the development of project operating plan according to project scope, objectives and approach, driving for activities, timing, responsibility for the different streams, dealing with the different project leaders involved.
Therefore, you will be a strategic partner in cascading the project plan and guaranteeing its correct implementation and monitoring. You will have the opportunity to facilitate the implementation of best practices transfer among streams/ teams and the required change management to move from project to process.
You will contribute to monitoring the state of work in terms of deliverables and timings, checking project objectives feasibility, and recommending proper actions to be taken to tackle project issues. In addition, you will be in charge to provide periodical consolidated information to project leader and a monthly consolidation of information vs budget/ plans, giving visibility to all stakeholders involved.
Part of your tasks will include the repository and legal document management with Strategic R&D tools and across Innovation Center functions.
Who we are looking for:
- BSc or MSc in Management, Economics, Engineering or related
- At least 5 years of experience, better in FMCG or Consulting firms working with similar industry
- Prior experience in PMO role or with building project management tools is a plus
- Customer orientation, organizational and process sensitivity
- Knowledge of business/commercial workflow
- Fast learner, flexible and collaborative attitude
- Very strong verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal relationships
- Genuine interest in contributing to improvement through order, organization, process analysis combined with a spirit of collaboration and service
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Proactive attitude.
Strong skills with MS Office (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
English professional proficiency required, any other language a plus.
