About the Role:
We are currently looking for End User Devices Manager who will report to End User Computing Manager as part of Group End User Computing Team based in Alba
You will implement and enhance the global governance about IT end-user devices management, including enforcement and improvement of the device usage policies as well as vendors and contracts optimizations worldwide with the aim to better control costs and budget allocation
Main Responsibilities:
• Cooperate with Ferrero Global and Regional Service Managers supporting them in the contracts understanding and provider's performance analysis based on contracts terms and conditions
• Ensure end-user devices policy implementation in all the Regions according to define standards
• Follow-up to ensure that any failure to follow the policy is addressed
• Act as IT counterpart for HR Workplace Management for policy implementation
• Coordinate budget allocation across Group and Regions to address the procurement of devices and assets contracts
• Work with Procurement to define contractual standards for end user devices services
• Coordinate the activation, renewal and consolidation of Telephony and Printers contracts
• Support Procurement at Group and Region level in vendors selection and evaluation
• Manage Vendor relationship in collaboration with Procurement and Region IT Managers
• Consolidate data about end-user devices and telephony contracts cost and recharge allocations
• Consolidate data about end-user devices purchasing
• Consolidate mobile/fixed telephony and printers contracts data
Who we are looking for:
• A graduate in Legal, Engineering or Business Management
• A professional with at least 5 years of experience in IT end-user devices, Telephony and Pay per Use contracts
• A professional with knowledge on IT Service Management
• A professional open to work in a dynamic and international work-team
• Experienced in international companies with central HQ / Service company
• Fluent in English. Other languages will be considered as a plus (Italian, German, Spanish, etc.)
• A person available for international mobility
