About the Role:
Full support to Ferrero organization to reach Sales Targets (volume and value) and proper execution of all activities in assigned distribution channels through the management, organization, motivation, inspiration and developement of assigned Ferrero field resources and outsorced service of Merchandising agency in CZ and SK market
1. SALES EXECUTION OF ACTIVITIES AND CONTROL OF ACTIVITIES CENTRALY CONTRACTED WITH CLIENTS CZ AND SK
2. FERRERO CUSTOMERS CZ AND SK
3. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT CZ AND SK
4. MERCHANDISING AGENCY MANAGEMENT CZ AND SK
5. INFORMATION FLOW
6. FIELD BUDGET PREPARATION AND MANAGEMENT
7. TMA ACTIVITIES MANAGEMENT
8. CZ AND SK SYNCHRONIZATION
Who we are looking for:
WE ARE EXPECTING:
- People management (min. 5 years experiences)
- Fiels experience in FMCG
- Strong results orientation, Stress resistence
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- English at a very good level
