About the Role:

Your role at Ferrero will guarantee purchase of goods, materials and services in accordance with defined guidelines to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply. This position reports to the Global Category Manager for Milk purchasing. To be successful in this role, you will have a keen sense for contract and supplier management that is paired with a keen interest in the food ingredients market.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Milk Junior Buyer, you will have full responsibility over the application and implementation of purchasing policies, vendor management and developing policies, based on technical, organizational, economical and international financial knowledge, to reach the best possible results according to Group requirements in terms of timing and flexibility. Through your skillset, you will ensure that purchase orders are managed in a timely manner and you will look for Request for Proposals from vendors, proposing qualified and suitable alternatives. Additionally, you will supports the Sustainability roadmap from basic certification, segregation, traceability, controls and define, track and implementfunctional projects or supports cross functional projects.

To be successful in this role, you will conduct the negotiation with suppliers in alignment with internal procedures and Ferrero Code of Business Conduct. You will have a keen sense for contract and supplier management that is paired with a keen interest in the Dairy Materials market.

Who we are looking for:


  • Masters Degree in Economics, Supply chain, Purchasing or similar fields;
  • A minimum of 2 years of related work experience; 
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Team building approach;
  • Result oriented approach;
  • Collaborative approach with stakeholders;

IT Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Previous experience with SAP; 

Language Skills 

  • Professional fluency in English, other languages are considered as a plus;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
