About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we’re looking for a new intern in our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team! 

Based in our Luxembourg HQ, the primary focus of your internship will be will be to help us analyse, build and communicate our recruitment results and KPIs internally using your creativity and communication. You’ll develop and tell the story in our data to our leaders and decision makers allowing them to more effectively plan and deploy their recruitment strategies. Its really important that you have strong analytical skills and a passion for statistics, especially in HR.


The secondary focus of this mission is to help us communicate our employer brand and attract the best possible talent to our organisation. You’ll use social media, digital marketing techniques and general creative skills to help us develop, organize and publish content across all of our touchpoints. You don’t need to be a marketing guru! But you will need to be curious about marketing and communication and eager to build skills and knowledge in this area.

Main Responsibilities:

You’ll spend a lot of time building reports and presentations relating to Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding and through this you’ll help us encourage data and insight driven decisions in our global and regional recruitment strategies.
You’ll need to learn quickly how to access and use our systems and dashboards to extract information and data (don’t worry, we’ll show you how) and then analyse it with your excel skills. If you’re the kind of person who can normally figure out how to make things work by refreshing a page and clicking around and you don’t give up at the first sign of an error message, you’ll be fine.

You’ll also help take care of managing and populating our social media content calendar and contribute to the longer term editorial plan. You’ll be working with agencies and internal stakeholders to generate and organize content that we can use to engage our audience.

We have lots of other projects on our roadmap relating to AI, upgrading our touchpoints, Diversity & Inclusion among other things and if you’re interested, you’ll be invited to take part in a whole host of other things.
 

Who we are looking for:

Profile

  • You’re a Student or Graduate (Bachelor/Master);
  • You’ll have some experience in either analytics (especially related to HR), or Digital Marketing and Comms (especially related to Employer Branding);
  • You’ll have good analytical skills and a data driven approach to storytelling and decision making;
  • You have great interpersonal and communication skills;
  • You are flexible, adaptable and curious.

IT Skills

  • Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word);
  • Proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot table, v-look up).

Languages

  • Fluent in English;
  • Any additional language is a plus.
