About the Role:
We are hiring an HRBP for our Ferrero Austria office in Innsbruck.
Your daily job would be to support the Employee Life Cycle operations according to the business needs and legal regulations. You will handle local requests, follow policies and procedures to facilitate continuous improvement of HR and General Services locally. You will also support communication about HR and General Services topics.
Main Responsibilities:
RECRUITMENT
You will provide assistance with search and contact to recruitment companies; handling of contracts and follow up of the recruitment process.
WORKFORCE PLANNING & HR BUDGETING
You will support our company procedure
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
You will prepare and follow-up of the whole compensation & benefits process
HR ADMINISTRATION
You will keep documentations up to date, including Job Descriptions and all contract related documents. You will be responsible for the compliance of all the personnel administration and documentation with the regulatory framework (law, internal procedures, internal policies).
You will maintain all data stored in the HR IT system
You will provide support with payroll administration
PURCHASE ORDER PROCESSES IN SAP
You will handle the relevant PO processes regarding HR and General Services and in accordance to the compliance guidelines.
You will prepare purchase orders; process incoming invoices; create data entry sheets.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION TOOL AND ANNUAL SALARY REVIEW
You will follow up of the performance evaluation process and provide assistance with preparation of annual salary review.
GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
You will handle Local and Group Insurance Master data.
You will manage the administration connected to supplies.
You will manage administrative tasks related with Health and Safety at work.
You will create and send memos to ensure internal and external communication and distribution of documents.
FLEET MANAGEMENT
You will manage the whole Fleet Management Process
Who we are looking for:
You are a good fit if you have:
College or University degree
At least 5 years HR generalist work experience in a multinational environment
HRIS and SAP HR experience
Fluency in English and German (this is a must)
Knowledge of Austrian labour law
