About the Role:

This is an opportunity to become the point of reference for directors in charge of the Area APAC-MEA, being based in our Luxembourg HQ.

You will be in charge of managing the daily correspondence, agenda and phone calls of your assigned directors. You will have the opportunity to work on scheduling meetings and coordinating the meetings of the Area. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of presentation and on editing reports. Before meetings you will support on preparing the materials and during the meetings support with meeting minutes. The managers will be travelling throughout the area and you will support the with the travel arrangements and the expenses management after the business trips
Who we are looking for:
- Ideally you have a specific secretarial education, a university background would be a plus;
- You are able to work autonomously, to manage multiple tasks and prioritize schedules;
- You are a flexible, collaborative and excellent team player;
- You are able to maintain positive and proactive attitude also in stressful situations;
- You have knowledge of the MS office tools, especially outlook;
- If you have experience working with Travel agencies it is a plus;
- As our working language is English, proficiency in English is required.
