About the Role:
If you’re looking for a role with variety, this is it. You will start the journey of leading business trend in retail world. This role is to evaluate distributor performance, monitor sales force, provide data analysis according SOP guideline within the defined area, so that support sales team meet the business targets.
GW Roll out & Distributor management
•Support regional committee to implement GW streams in relevant area, work closely with ASM/DSM to select right distributors according to company standard process/requirements
•Implement and monitor distributor management process in defined area, ensure all distributors meet company quality standard
•Distributor KPI scorecard owner and performance evaluation (temperature, humidity, sales volume, rebate, etc.)
•OBS data tracking and analysis
•Distributor business planning and review
•Store/customers data review and maintenance in system
•Monthly Sales target division by SR/TSR, performance tracking and feedback to RSOP.
•Monitoring Coverage/customer visit achievements by SR/TSR
•Cooler management by store in defined area
•Assist RSOP and ASM on tracking sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting.
•Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting to RSOP.
Other tasks assigned by line manager or company
Who we are looking for:
•Strong sales expertise and knowledge of FMCG approach to the business; confectionary industry is better.
•Experience of project management;
•Experience of Traditional & Modern Trade;
•Solid knowledge and experience of FMCG distributor management;
•Knowledge of Commercial Logistics and Sales, Field & Merchandising Processes.
•Good presentation and data analysis skills. (Excel/PowerPoint)
* Chinese Local Labor contract with local salary & benefits package will be offered for this position.
** Proficiency in Mandarin speaking.
