About the Role:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Generalist to support our Marketing division.  Reporting to the HR Head for Sales and Marketing, this role will work hard to ensure the full HR service is delivered at high standard across all areas from employee relations, organisational change, recruitment and retention, training and development.  Whilst you will be able to lean on subject matter expects within the HR department such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits the role will be oversee these key activities.

This role is dynamic fast paced, within an organisation that truly cares about the environment, quality of their products and their employees. The ideal candidates will have strong employee relations experience and be able to effectively manage daily HR matters alongside strategic projects. Candidates should be able to translate and align business priorities to HR actions. Experience of working with Marketing stakeholders is desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

Your role will cover all policy & processes, employee relations, recruitment, learning & development and work force planning. You'll be providing advice & guidance to stake holders in your business area, and work closely with them on projects related to organizational change and process efficiencies. The role has an emphasis on being a digital transformation ambassador and coaching and upskilling managers on use of new and updated internal systems. 

Who we are looking for:

  • 5 plus years as a Senior HRBP in an FMCG environment
  • Degree or degree calibre
  • Good use of Microsoft suite (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly
  • CIP qualified to level 5 as a minimum
  • Experience of SAP disirable
