About the Role
If you’re looking for a role with variety, this is it. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, your main focus will be to support all activities within your department. You’ll support the head of Trade Marketing in implementing the Ferrero Category strategies for retailers, key accounts and merchandising agencies.
Customer/Channel Plans Elaboration:
Aligns with Marketing general promo concepts/annual promo calendar by brand.
Elaborates annual and session promo calendar/brand/customer.
Evaluates costs/benefits of new channel/client development and ensures integration.
Supporting KAMs in elaboration and implementation of annual promo calendar; specific analysis at customer level; new products launch.
Identifies source for growth of business on client/category/brand level
Customer/Channel Plans Execution & Tracking:
Actively drives and coordinates all internal information flows/timing between Marketing/Sales/SCI/AFC.
Plan, develop and execute all tasks related customer specific activity
Participate in development and production of POS materials
Tracks and monitors the activity implementation.
Evaluates finalized implementations by collecting structured feedback from other departments.
Prepares regular analysis and presentation about execution and results of activities.
Participate in regular Business Reviews w/ the clients, actively contribute to the preparations
Bachelors’ degree in business
3-5 years' experience in the field of Sales and Marketing (preferably in the FMCG sector), and at least 2 years' experience in the field of Trade Marketing
Fluent Hungarian language skills
Good knowledge of English written and spoken
Strong knowledge of PC software (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Photoshop), Sap is an advantage
