About the Role:
Guide the development of supply chain activities and related supporting processes according to the route-to-market of Austria and Switzerland in consistency with the Group/ Area operations master plan.
Fostering Service level and balancing cost-to-serve via cross-functional integration along the whole Planning-to-Delivery cycle.
Ensure product availability within Region network, with objective to achieve optimum stock levels and freshness, responding efficiently to commercial needs and industrial constraints ensuring smooth flows of finished goods through the Supply Chain
Ensure internal point and contact for order-to-cash process, in partnership with key accounts and finance administration
COMMERCIAL SUPPLY CHAIN
Ensure the operating management of the stock (e.g. logistics activities, customs, stock monitoring, inventory count, input of results in IT systems and warehouse quality activities)
Ensure smooth logistics operations (incl. Commercial Co-Packing) and related processes for managed Region Warehouses and Transportation flows
SUPPLY CHAIN DEVELOPMENT
Development of the Supply Chain Region function, ensuring supply chain master plan preparation and processes continuous improvement initiatives in consistency with Group/ Area and operations master plan pillars (Operations Excellence, Preferred Partner for the Trade, Product Superiority and Operations Sustainability)
SUPPORTING AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROCESSES
Managing on behalf of marketing the purchasing of packaging materials for the copacking activity directly liaising with suppliers
Address and prioritize line requirements to Region SC Procurement guaranteeing logistics services availability and compliance
Define SC budget and ensure minimal deviation vs actual
Who we are looking for:
- Min. Bachelor Degree preferably in Logistics
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in similar roles
- Experience gained in FMCG company
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory
- MS Office, SAP
- Availability for a medium-long term assignment in the Ferrero Innsbruck Office (at least 5 years)
- Business Acumen and understanding of FMCG industry, capability in managing risk
- High complexity problem solving.
- Good people management, high ability of collaboration.
