About the role:
You will recommend the strategy and the appropriate business model that guarantees that the brand will achieve the strategic and business objectives, working in collaboration with a Global team.
Responsible Coordinate, implement and control the execution of action plans to achieve the brand's objectives in terms of market share and P&L.
Coordinate the development of communication campaigns (consumer and buyer) in collaboration with the different advertising agencies, media and promotion products.
We will count on you to constantly analyze the elements that build the business (sales, market share, equity) as well as market trends and competitors in order to proactively identify areas of opportunity and generate action plans to anticipate possible contingencies. Manage the budget of the brand in a responsible and analytical way to control expenses and generate investments that generate the greatest impact on the construction of the business. Identify the elements that can generate points of differentiation of the brand and turn them into competitive advantages that are the pillars of commercial innovation in the business. Identify the needs and consumer aspirations to develop a marketing mix that manages to position brands in the target market by generating a functional-emotional-experiential link to guarantee business growth. Prepare the future of the category, testing new products and concepts. You will be responsible for the 360 of the brand, empowering each point of contact in key seasons.
Who are we looking for:
Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting or similar.
At least 4 years’ experience in similar roles.
Experience gained in FMCG company.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Knowledge of customer research, evaluation of strategies in advertising campaigns, forecasting and definition of effectiveness metrics.
Experience in the development and execution of brand positioning strategies.
Proactive, accountable, results oriented and with strong strategic skills.
