Informazioni sul ruolo:

We are currently looking in Italy for a Service Management specialist to the be part of the Service Management organization and he/she will report to Service Management Global Governance and Handover Management head

Principali responsabilità:

  • You will work in a unit as global reference for defining and building the IT Service Management processes based on ITIL principles for global and local application and technology.
  • You will be responsible to design and to provide reports, leveraging on the most modern tools to allow IT organization to monitor the ITSM processes.
  • You will collect needs to improve the ITSM processes by the IT organization transforming them in effective solutions.
  • You will interact with external IT partners (Vendors) for building KPIs, processes and reports.
  • You will perform data analysis on ITSM database, detecting behaviors, deviations and suggesting actions for improvements the processes.
  • You will lead the preparation of the Global IT Governance meetings managed by Service Management. 
  • You will be responsible for reporting and forecasting process of the IT budget of the Global Service Management.

Chi stiamo cercando:

  • A graduate in IT or Engineering, with ITIL certification
  • A professional with experience in IT Service Management and ITSM tools
  • Strong experience in ITSM processes, Data analysis and ITSM Reporting.
  • A professional open to challenges and able to work in a dynamic and international work-team
  • Experienced in international companies with central HQ / Service company
  • Proficiency in English. Other languages will be considered as a plus (Italian, German, Spanish, etc.)
  • A person available for international mobility
