About the Role:

As part of continuing to grow our business, Ferrero are looking for an experienced Post Integration Project Manager who has a proven track record of managing due diligence and a wide range of strategic and operational projects post-merger. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is accountable for the planning, process flows and the execution of various integration projects, ensuring any operational challenges are escalated appropriately. Therefore, working across functions will be a priority. The role requires candidates to build strong stakeholder partnerships and bring clarity on what needs to be delivered within set timeframes. Candidates should be able to proactively think through potential issues in advance, thus minimising risk where possible. Ideal candidates should have experience of scoping out project plans in a matrix organisation. Attention to detail, communication and influencing will be key.

Main Responsibilities:

The Post Integration Project Manager will create and organise project plans using project management methodologies. Candidates will bring together teams and ensure deadlines are met.  You will have the ability to articulate complex matters TO ensure key agenda items are not lost in translation. You will be a passionate and driven person, able to inspire, motivate and develop project teams to achieve KPIs. Candidates should have demonstrable  track record in the following:

  • Delivering complex integration/transformation projects focused on delivering change across people, processes, and technology
  • Experience of successfully managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and third parties within a matrix environment
  • Strong people engagement skills, coupled with the drive, determination and influencing skills to keep projects on-track, and within timeframes
  • Experience of working within formal methodologies – Prince2 and/or Agile
  • Work with stakeholders to drive decision making, issues resolution and risk mitigation
  • Execute advanced quantitative analysis and project planning
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate results and insights, by preparing polished project plans

  • Advanced Excel
