About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Factors Development Support. The responsibilities and the qualifications are mentioned below.

Main Responsibilities:

KPIs

  • Supports the assessment and the designed activities of performance factors KPIs for structures and processes
  • Supports the definition of Industrial and Supply KPls by collecting inputs from the operating expertise and support to identify the most appropriate final output references
  • Supports the proper reading and uptake of performance factors KPIs in Operations perimeter

TOOLS

  • Supports to identify and to develop the most appropriate and effective tools to be used for the performance factors measurements
  • Communicates to the performance factors stakeholders the guidelines on the data sourcing to be used and the structure for the performance factors measurements
  • Supports to verify the correct functioning of the specific performance factors tools, supports the coordination and the supervision in the eventual maintenance and update activities needed

INVESTMENTS ANALYSIS

  • Supports projects and investments analysis for efficiency/effectiveness improvement and performance factors development

COUNTINOUS IMPROVEMENT

  • Supports the development of a continuous improvement mindset assisting  to identify innovative solutions, advise, lead and/or support projects of efficiency/effectiveness for the performance development

Who we are looking for:

Profile

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Economics
  • Production Process, minimum 4 years of experience are required
  • Good attitude for working in team and to coordinate different internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Availability to international mobility

IT Skills

  • SAP
  • Excel/BI instruments for analytical activities

Languages

  • Fluent in English;
  • Any other language is considered a plus
