About the Role:

The Performance Analyst will provide the Nutella UGP Manager with all the data and information needed to correctly manage the Nutella Department, throughout performance monitoring and analysing (lines, materials, efficiencies, quality, labour, etc.) and directional reporting preparation. This role requires someone who can be flexible and adaptable, have excellent time management and well practiced prioritization skills. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the UGP Manager and the Controlling Unit, in the production headcount budget elaboration
  • Supports the UGP and Maintenance Manager in preparing and supplying information for the investment budget elaboration
  • Elaborates, together with the UGP Manager, the general expenditure budget
  • Monitoring performances and productive factors
  • Collaborates with the RDL/UGP Manager in optimizing, on a long term horizon, the production output and performances (materials, labour, machines, methods, scheduling), through the analysis of the available data
  • Responsible for the line performance analysis and share information in production meetings
  • Collaborates with the UGP Manager for Stock Management, with responsibility for the monthly inventory system adjustment (packaging, raw materials), with RTO, Team Leaders and Packaging component providers supporting him/her mainly for the physical count
  • Responsible for the SAP and ADP hours reconciliation (end of the month)
  • Work with Department Manager and co-packer to get quotes for new SKUs
  • Analyze input/output volumes to estimate transportation budget

Responsibilities Continued

  • Work with purchasing to keep pricing SAP list up to date with new SKUs or price changes
  • Work with LDU and DPU to ensure co-packer has all required documentation
  • Monitor production declarations
  • Monitor incoming / outbound stock transfers, and picklists. 
  • Work with Menasha inventory team to receive counts, and adjust the stock in the system
  • Provide SAP support to the co-packer
  • Check weekly the purchase orders in SAP and verify the goods receipt in SAP
  • Check invoices and verify they are correct
  • Gap analysis and Production Scheduling
  • Collaborates with UGP Manager in the Production Performance Gap Analysis and participates to improve the identified areas
  • Collaborates with the Planning Unit for the Daily Production Scheduling (for week + 1) and in verifying the feasibility / convenience of a production schedule modification within the week
  • Work with Department Manager and co-packer to get quotes for new SKUs
  • Analyze input/output volumes to estimate transportation budget

Who we are looking for:

  • Knowledge of production process, methods and Ferrero information systems related to production
  • Familiar with production cycles, models, production efficiencies and stock management
  • Knowledge of inventory processes
  • Knowledge and application of production KPI’s
  • Knowledge of planning techniques
  • Knowledge and application of production performance analysis methods
  • Excellent (intermediate level) knowledge and demonstrated practical use of Excel
  • Knowledge of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint software
  • Strong knowledge of SAP
