About the Role:

The mission of the Organization & Improvement (O&I) team is to set up a powerful organization to enhance business competitiveness towards globalization, driving organization evolution in terms of structure, governance and processes supporting the achievement of business objectives, including the scale up of Ferrero’s presence in North America through organic and M&A driven activities.

We are looking for an Organization & Improvement Specialist to join our team at Ferrero’s North American Headquarters to support consistent Organizational evolution, enable positive change management and, integrate newly acquired businesses into the Ferrero ecosystem. 

The candidate should be a problem solver, helping to solve complex business issues. The role requires a combination of focus, tact, detailed orientation and flexibility and the individual should be resourceful with emotional intelligence, self-motivation to learn a broad scope and enact change, as well as strong analytical and presentation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes, designs, and builds efficient processes, structures, functions, and responsibilities, in cooperation with O&I team in order to clarify roles, responsibilities, and ways of working
  • Develops organizational studies aiming to improve work efficiency 
  • Prepares accurate organization charts and role profiles to reflect and clarify the application of organizational models
  • Support the O&I team in the definition and realization of the organizational development initiatives with regards to organizational structures, operational models and transformation initiatives
  • Prepares, communicates, and updates proper documentation related to organizational structures and accountabilities
  • Supports the definition of the right-sizing plans of new structures, ensuring the alignment of the plans with the Company strategies
  • Supports the team in O&I Ops activities and business day-to-day needs 
  • Drafts formal communications of the organizational changes in an effective and timely way

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University, preferably in business or a related field
  • 1 -3 years of professional experience, preferably in consultancy or a related field
  • Understanding / willingness to learn effective change management, business process improvement and project management fundamentals
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, especially as it relates to presenting information in a clear and concise manner and synthesizing direction from team members and leaders
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate business activities and operational tasks across multiple functional areas
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel & Power Point skills)
  • Ability to work effectively with others and develop effective long-term relationships
  • Results driven with strong work ethic and with high sense of urgency and accountability
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity to learn, and attention to details
  • Ability to work with data and develop effective presentations (synthesize complex data and ideologies for presentation to senior leadership)
  • Well organized with project management skills
