About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Ferrero for a National Account Manager within our Commercial Sales team working with our Grocery channel. Our commercial sales function is one of our fastest growing areas of our business and we have exciting plans for the future. The account you would be working on is well established and the successful applicant will have responsibility for some exciting projects and plans to help continue this success. We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager who currently has direct responsibility for driving sales through building strong and productive relationships with key stakeholders.
The role itself will see you working with the Business Unit Controller to lead, manage and develop joint customer business plans to achieve set sales and contribution targets. Your role will achieve volume, profit and net revenue for a specific account portfolio. We require candidates to have a good working knowledge of the FMCG environment and have experience in managing key grocery accounts, within either a seasonal or all year round category. You will have a history of delivering results and always want to go the extra mile with a truly customer centric approach, working with your buyers to drive key activity.
Your key accountabilities will be to implement the customer activity plans to ensure they meet or exceed the business needs of both Ferrero and the customer, deliver against distribution targets and maximise additional opportunities in line with brand objectives. You will achieve this through effectively utilising and analysing all key internal and external data available to optimise business results – these are just some of the many exciting responsibilities you will undertake in this role.
