About the Role:

Ferrero, a leading global confectionary brand, is seeking a talented and driven National Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a National Account Executive within the Tesco Business Unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our brand’s presence within the Booker & BRP accounts. Your main focus will be building strong relationships within the retail accounts to ensure maximum visibility and market penetration for our iconic products.  We are awaiting your talent to create moments of joy and sweetness cherished for generations to come!

Main Responsibilities:

As a National Account Executive at Ferrero, your foremost duty will be to drive profitable sales growth, collaborating closely with the Controller and National Account Manager to craft a compelling strategy that outperforms the market and sets Ferrero apart from its competitors. By leveraging your sales expertise and market insight, you will identify opportunities for growth and develop innovative approaches to captivate the hearts of consumers.

However, your impact extends far beyond the sales realm. Building and strengthening relationships with all areas of our internal customers will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be the bridge that connects various departments, including Customer Development, Finance, Field Sales, and other key stakeholders. Your ability to foster collaboration will be essential in achieving our collective goals.

Data-driven decision-making will be a core component of your responsibilities. Diligently monitoring and reporting on both Ferrero and customer KPIs, you will uncover valuable insight that illuminate the path forward. Armed with knowledge, you will not only contribute to our continued success but also provide invaluable recommendations to further enhance our performance.

Collaboration knows no bounds at Ferrero. You will work closely with the Channel Account Team, utilising your exceptional management and analytical skills to drive sales performance. Together, you will forge stronger partnerships that ensure our brands’ growth and elevate the entire organisational to new heights.

A master of efficiency and precision, you will manage invoicing and pricing queries with finesse, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Who we are looking for:

As a National Account Executive, you will have a genuine passion for sales and proven track record at Account Executive level within FMCG industry. Your excellent communication skills and ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders will be invaluable in this role. Adept at analysing commercial and category data, you will identify opportunities and trends for both Ferrero and our valued customers. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential for success.
