We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist Area International for Kinder Business.

The position is based in our Headquarters in Luxembourg

Main Responsibilities:

Within the Kinder Food team of the Area International, as Marketing Specialist you will be responsible to provide strategic guidance in the field of Marketing Intelligence, defining and improving reports and analysis for all the products and markets of the Area. 
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the development of Seasonal and Local Jewels Business in the relevant markets and you will provide senior management with analysis and recommendation on current and future opportunities for the development of Kinder Joy of moving, of e-Commerce business in the relevant markets.

Kinder Seasonal and Local Jewels:

  • PS3 recommendation for Kinder Seasonal Business and Hanuta, Duplo, Butterfinger
  • Roll out of Local Jewels to the new geographies: evaluate potential, develop business case and launch plan
  • Develop range starting from consumer needs and the untapped market opportunities, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines and FFG, PDPs and Gamma approval
  • Guidance on activation: review ATL/BTL strategy with the BUs ensuring their compliance with Global and Area guidelines; full Marketing mix validation: ATL, BTL, Range, Pos material; guidance on local Activity Grids creation; Support on Copy developments (from brief to Shooting), toys management, and local artworks development (graphic/clusters) according to Global guidelines
  • Business KPIs monitoring: regularly monitor progress of the sell in, sell out and consumer KPIs; implementation of programs for innovation launches tracking; P&L review
  • Monitoring the market for consumer, category and competition trends
  • Regular business status update with the BUs, PG, and the Area Management
  • Promote synergies cross Regions/Areas and share of best practices

Joy of Moving:

  • Cascading and implementation of initiatives
  • Regularly monitor activity grid and media plans progress, monitor budget compliance
  • Promote synergies cross Regions/Areas and share of best practices


  • Develop range starting from consumer needs and the untapped market opportunities, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines and FFG; PDPs approval
  • Promote test an learn approach and for digital media activations for e-com channel
  • Promote synergies cross Regions/Areas and share of best practices

Market and Media Intelligence:

  • Develop system for sell in and sell out KPIs monitoring for all Kinder brands in the Area
  • Coordinate cross category research projects 
  • Consolidate MMM and HALO effects learnings from CSU and media standpoint, provide recommendations on the portfolio support
  • Volume potential estimation for the new and existing projects 

Project Management and Area Governance Support:

  • Facilitate Kinder Area regular business update meetings with Area management / PG (agendas, action points follow up)
  • Project management support for big cross-functional projects

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your 8 to 12 years of experience in Brand Management and Marketing Intelligence roles and your expertise in the FMCG sector, gained in multinational contexts. 
Your focus on results delivery and ability to take decisions, dealing with uncertainty, makes an ideal mix with your capability to lead a team in distance, creating common understanding and strong motivation and your autonomy to steer the BUs with all marketing activities, working in a co-operative way within the organization. 
Thanks to your strong analytical skills and your proven ability of interpreting and elevating data to Marketing insights, together with your ability to work with financial measures (costs, margins and profit), you will contribute to the success of the Group. 

Another important asset will be your knowledge of Media plans and Consumer Research validation tools, together with Nielsen/IRI/Euromonitor and your excellent PC command.
