About the role:

At Ferrero we work with great ideas to win the hearts of many families around the world, and you can be part of the team that contributes to making Ferrero brands even more extraordinary. to integrate Market Quality Manager to execute the Freshness and Quality panel in Mexico and Central America, providing the company with clear and reliable information on the market situation in terms of the main KPIs that emerge, quality and freshness.

Main Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for guaranteeing quality and freshness objectives through team supervision, cross-functional work with internal areas and follow-up with clients and with this determine value strategies.

• Provide training to auditors in Quality and Freshness methodologies.

• Guarantee the supervision and follow-up of the performance of the local tools and procedures to generate development plans.

• You will be responsible for generating improvement proposals based on Gate-in, Gate-out, Market Freshness and stocks in the value chain.

• You will prepare and communicate the Quality dashboards

• Responsible for monitoring, updating, and analyzing the freshness and quality KPIs of the value chain.

• You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the central Quality and Freshness team for linear strategies in terms of the operation of the area.

• Support local functions for requests for the Product Sheet, ensuring the accuracy of the information, in cooperation with other relevant functions.

• Ensure the reliability of retail data through the creation of controls at key points in the process and the correct follow-up of the periodic review schedule.

Who are we looking for?

  • Min. Bachelor´s degree (desirable engineering)
  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of quality and freshness guidelines at the point of sale.
  • Experience in managing teams specialized in quality and freshness audits.
  • Proactive, responsible, results oriented and with strong influence skills.
