About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Reward Manager to join our Human Resources department in our Global HQ based in Luxembourg who will mainly drive the implementation of the reward strategy locally following the Group guidelines and be responsible for the efficient execution of compensation and benefits programs. Reporting to the HR Administration and Reward Manager, this is a great opportunity that includes involvement with different HR-related process inquiries and stakeholder management on both internal and external sides.

Main Responsibilities:
REWARD & BENEFIT PROGRAM
You will be responsible of the local strategy definition and local implementation of the Group reward programs, reporting and having as point of reference Group Reward Framework.
In this respect, you will be locally accountable for coordinating, administering and monitoring the compensation & benefit programs (i.e. base pay and variable pay programs, medical coverage, life insurance, pension plan, etc.).
This role is the local focal point for Reward System related topics (employment proposal management, annual salary review process, etc.), providing consultancy and expertise to many stakeholders (e.g. local & group HRBP, center of expertise, line management).
You will carry out many group projects in your scope of responsibility (e.g. Total Reward) as well as local projects to ensure proper and consistent implementation. Further development of local Reward System policies and additional initiatives could be considered in alignment with the Group.
JOB EVALUATION
You will lead audit evaluation of Lux HQs jobs internally to ensure wage and salary rate recommendations are in compliance with legal requirement of the country and present findings for final approval to local structures.
You will be the point of reference for the Group in local job evaluation of new and revised positions for all the roles based in our HQ, to ensure the compliance with Group guidelines and organizational models.
MARKETS ANALYSIS
You will provide insight based on market analysis trends and evaluates external competitiveness of Ferrero salary administration programs and recommendation to enhance Ferrero performance against local market.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
You will ensure the compliance of Luxembourg budget plans with the Group guidelines and monitor performance against approved plans. On top of that, you will prepare and submit reports about status on current situation to Group in order to foster the development of proper and updates compensation programs.
KNOWLEDGE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You will conduct regular Reward System trainings sessions for HR and, together with HR, for the line to ensure awareness and transparency of Reward System policies and practices both Group and local.
Finally, you will carries out Group projects in your Area of responsibility (e.g. Total Reward) as well as local projects (e.g. local health programs) to ensure proper and consistent implementation.
Who we are looking for:
You have a Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Economics, HR or similar with a previous work experience of 4-6 years within a global, fast moving, with a commercial and production focused organization and matrix model.
You have proven Total Reward management experience, with a strong focus on EU market dynamics and trends while you are able to work strategically and operationally.
You are demonstrating the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities/projects and also strong analytical capabilities to create focused action plans and drive insights through metrics.
Your previous exposure and ability to manage processes related to Top Management will support you to meet your role's objectives.
Your collaborative style, strong interpersonal skills, good communication and presentation capabilities will be relevant and helpful for that role.
An excellent knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (ideally HAY), expats management and our local market (Luxembourg) will be definitively considered a plus!
You are fluent in English and French. You are proficient MS Office (Excel and Power Point) and have a strong knowledge as a user in SAP and Success Factors.
