About the Role:

This is an opportunity to become the Key Account Manager point of reference for Travel Market, being based in Luxembourg.

Main tasks:
Sales Strategy, Forecast, Budget and Objectives
You will be in charge of proposing annual strategical plans and the Sales Budget (volumes, trade spending, etc.) for the key accounts assigned. You will be monitoring and tracking the trade spend, forecast vs. orders vs. objectives as well as the Sales Targets achievement and sell out. In case of a negative trend, you will propose recovery plans in advance.
Customer Plans
You will be analyzing the current Customer Performance and defining future Business Opportunities, Customer-specific goals, and strategy. By Customer, you will be developing SWOT Analyses & Performance Reviews as well as Action Plans. Additionally, you will continuously be monitoring Customers Performance.
Negotiation Activities
With the assigned customers you will be defining and negotiating contracts. To achieve the Strategic Goals of the customers assigned, you will be developing with the support of Trade Marketing, specific sales arguments. Moreover, you will be negotiating implementations of planograms and positions at central level and providing support and guidance to sales field for local implementation. Additionally, you will be in charge of keeping Trade Spending within the Guidelines and ensuring the best ROI. You will as well be checking and calculating distributor trading terms reimbursement.
Deployment & Control
You will be monitoring the actual in-store deployment, follow up and coordinating with key accounts to ensure local execution is aligned with defined plans and policies. In addition, you will be monitoring Sales, Stocks & Building Blocks KPIs for the customers assigned and maintaining the assigned assortment through on time listing and code opening.
Who we are looking for:
Profile
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar;
- 2-4 years’ experience in similar roles;
- Previous experience in FMCG and/or Travel Market is a plus;
- Account management & negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of Channel & Customer Plan;
- Knowledge of Commercial Logistics;
- Knowledge of the P&L.
IT skills
- Advances skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Language skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
