About the Role:

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for a dynamic, curious and analytical JR HR Planning & Controlling, who will become part of our Human Resources team and will be involved in strategic activities for the growth and development of our organisation.  

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the design and implementation of the Workforce Planning and Forecasting strategy, by using tools that deliver outcomes that translate into Workforce Projection and leveling needs. Moreover, you will monitor the Group Workforce by analyzing trends and variations in Actual versus Planning.  

Let's go in more depth into your future tasks:


You will act as an internal consultant for HR leadership and key organization stakeholders, analysing the Company trends related to resource schedules and allocation, and reviewing, updating, and improving Workforce Capacity Management methods and practices, to provide reliable resource capacity, utilization, and forecast data.  

You will give support in planning future projections of staffing needs and forecast resource growth based on the organizational and business goals, analyzing variations of achieved data from Budget/Forecast scenarios and provide explanations. 

You will take part in larger HR initiatives (e.g., succession and development planning, performance reviews, etc.) by consolidating data, updating charts, preparing reports and ensuring coherence between HR and Finance data and tools on a monthly basis, identifying and correcting discrepancies.  


You will create regular and ad hoc reports based on selected HR metrics, implementing monthly checks on plans and variances in relation with Overheads Costs. 

Who we are looking for:

What can you bring?

Your Degree in Economics, Finance and Administration or related, plus your experience of 2-4 years as Junior Controller or in HR Administration, or Compensation & Benefits.  

Your knowledge of International Accounting principles and your passion for Excel.  

Your capability to work in a dynamic and international environment and under pressure, together with your reliability in dealing with confidential data, that you manage in an accurate, detailed, and precise way.  

Your personality as a team player and people person.
