About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern who will be reporting directly to the GRC Manager Area APAC-MEA.
Under the professional guidance of the Area GRC, you will work as Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes ambassador, driving risk mitigation mindset.
You will support area management in the risk mitigation planning, providing an independent validation of the activities performed and having an oversight on selected GRC processes impacting the area, such as: risk prioritization; mitigation objective setting; self assessment; internal audits; remediation; monitoring and reporting to the Area GRC.
Moreover, we have lots of other projects on our roadmap like assessing key controls in selected countries (random checks) across business processes or preparing consolidated listing of finance controls across all group policies and sharing with local finance to ensure compliance (if possible, through use of digital tool).
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- Global mindset and result-oriented;
- Project Management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is considered a plus.
- Fluent in English.
