About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern who will be reporting directly to the Expat and Benefit Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

In this position, you will assist the Expat team with the daily Expat and Benefits management. ​The activities will allow you to have a good understanding of how international mobility can be managed and which are the main activities.

You will support Benefits management and linked activities such as Total Reward (Integrative Pension Plan, Corporate Risk and Medical Insurance)​. Moreover, you will give your support to Expat and Group Reward cost management (Po’s management, Group Benefits Budget/SAF, Expat costs re-allocation to local entities)​ and International Mobility (allowances set up and update)​.
On top of that, you will be involved in diverse projects as Expat projects support & follow up.We have other projects on our roadmap relating to New Pension Fund​ or Expat Group policy review​.

You will be able to interact with other departments such as HRIS, Internal Communication, HR and Payroll Administration, Region Reward, Finance, Risk Insurance, Procurement, External Consultants.

Who we are looking for:


  • Bachelor or Master Degree;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Analytical and organizational skills.

IT Skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.


  • Fluent in English;
  • French is considered a plus.
