About the role:
We are looking for the Industrial Software Application Specialist for our Ferrero Engineering division.
The role coordinates and develops strategies, implementation and support activities for the entire life cycle of industrial software applications made for the Corporate (development, testing and validation, deployment in production and operational assistance).
Main Responsabilities:
The Digital Transformation division operating in a very large and heterogeneous area, pertaining to Operations Technology (OT), which concerns data collection regard the performance evaluation of production machines, the creation of dashboards and consultation interfaces for the analysis of the energy consumption of the plants, the supervision and control of the technological parameters and the environments for managing recipes and machine configurations.
The implementation of the applications is based on the Agile development paradigm and uses CI / CD tools (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) according to the DevOps approach, in order to build a software architecture reliable, scalable, flexible, automated and based on microservices architectures.
Who we are looking for:
- Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering or Computer Science
- Knowledge of high-level programming languages, such as Java, Python, C #, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
- Experience in the development of modern web-based graphic interfaces in UXi perspective.
- Design and management of the main DBMS environments (MS SQL Server, MySQL and PostgreSQL)
- Experience in developing RESTful web APIs.
- Significant skills inherent to the aspects of Cyber-Security applied to the design of the Software.
- Experience in using collaborative source control tools such as GIT or SVN.
- Experience in using container management platforms, such as Docker.
- Good project management skills
- Attitude towards leading innovation and Problem solving
