About the Role:

This is an opportunity to become the HRIS Specialist for the processes Recruiting & Onboarding.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the implementation of the global and local hiring process by using Successfactors ATS/onboarding modules and PeopleDoc.
You will also support the implementation of a global travel and expense process by using SAP Concur and provide support to the Regions and Business to ensure the adoption and usage of the global digital solution.
Provide system support such as data checking, trouble shotting, manage the tickets and improvement requests.
You will closely collaborate with business owner to explore on new technologies to improve the process efficiency and design and implement dashboards related to Recruitment, Onboarding reports and KPIs with the collaboration of the HRIS data science team.  
In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Central and Regional HRIS Team, Central and Regional Talent Team, HRBPs and the IT colleagues as well as with external consultants.

Who we are looking for:

You have a master’s degree in Science, Engineering, IT, HR or any related field and 2-4 years of working experience in consultancy, HRIS or IT/HR related functions;
Experience in FMCG is a plus;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Proactive and problem-solving attitude and result oriented, curious to learn, influencing and presentation skills;
Active team player and ability to work in a matrix organization;
Good analytical skills on data management;
Willing to learn new products, technologies; 
Experience in project management will be considered as a plus;
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization;
Experience in Successfactors (ATS, onboarding modules) is important; 
Knowledge on other HR enterprise system such as SAP HRE, Concur will consider as a plus 
Advanced proficiency in MS Office 
English fluent.
