About the Role:
If you are a passionate and curious finance colleague, looking for a unique professional experience in the world of hazelnut raw materials within an international and dynamic environment as Ferrero Luxembourg HQ, then Hazelnut Company B2B Finance Specialist is the role like no other you will find.
You will be actively involved in the pricing and analysis regarding the B2B value chain (from sourcing, transformation, transportation and warehousing up to B2B Clients).

Let's have a look at what you will do:
You will be a valuable player that will help us further stabilize and confirm the key position of the Hazelnut Company Finance within the entire Group, fostering a culture of learning, development and inclusion.
As B2B Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for sales pricing for the B2B deals. You will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of the monthly closure that will be afterwards presented to the Hazelnut Company Group management. You will work for the elaboration of our strategic plans, budget and forecast. You will be also responsibilities of administrative activities of B2B Finance like master data management, std Cost calculation and upload client account reconciliation, provision calculation etc.
Provide various monthly updated reports and analysis. You will play an active role in developing and implementing Hazelnut Company projects (ongoing and future one).
Liaising regularly with all the stakeholders, Hazelnut Company colleagues and departments involved in transaction processes, you will build enriching working relationships with key stakeholders, developing an expertise in Hazelnut Company Finance due diligence, planning and execution.

What you will bring:
Your Master’s degree in Business or Economics and your minimum 4 years of experience in Controlling or Financial Reporting, preferably in multinational companies.
Moreover, you will contribute to the goals of the Group thanks to your solid analytical background and strong attention to detail, together with your problem solving attitude and ability to relate with different organizational levels.
We will appreciate your ability to provide leadership to multiple disciplines in a large and complex organization and your proactivity, curiosity, multitasking and results orientation attitude.
Microsoft Office knowledge completes your profile (SAP FI/CO and Oracle Planning tools like Hyperion would be a plus), together with your fluent English speech.
