About the Role:

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Group Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Manager IT to support the GRC Function head in the implementation of the GRC principles and processes in the IT Function.  

You will play an important role in the design of standards and mitigating actions in the IT Function that are in line with business priority and projects, and that are suitable cross geography and cross category. In this role you will be monitoring and reporting to the GRC Function head the status of risks mitigation and facilitate the alignment between the Function IT and Group GRC.

Main Responsibilities:

You will support the GRC Function head and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in identifying risks and communicating governance priorities, as well as defining and communicating new standards in Group and geographies. 

You will help the SMEs in defining the scope of self-assessment for their policies and in monitoring the results and ensure that, for the issues identified, action plans are defined and communicated to the SMEs. 

According to the communicated yearly audit plan, you will engage the SMEs to explain to Line Managers the audit process, their responsibilities, the expected activities and deliverables plan for any pre-assessments. Your role is to facilitate the data exchange, clarification and discussion of open issues with the audit team. 

In addition, you will support the SMEs in collecting local audit issues and guiding with Group solutions across the geographies and challenge the SMEs and remediation owner in mitigations aligned with projects and business priorities, perform quality assurance checks during the remediation process and at completion stage, ensuring that the SMEs and Department Heads have a clear status of implementation and remediation. 

You will foster cross category / geography implementation of harmonized actions, to minimize fragmentation and enable SMEs cross functional and process driven interaction with other functions.

Who we are looking for:


  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or any other related field; 
  • 3-4 years of experience as Internal Auditor, Internal Control Manager or Business Reporting; 
  • Experience in Supply Chain or Operations is considered a plus; 
  • Risk and mitigation understanding and IT processes & models (e.g.: COBIT) understanding; 
  • Planning and follow-up of tasks (own and of others), data consolidation and reporting, risk evaluation and testing; 
  • Business process and organization understanding; 
  • Cross functional interaction oriented and stakeholder management; 
  • Result and solution oriented; 
  • Strong diplomacy & perseverance. 

IT Skills  

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Exceland PowerPoint); 
  • Knowledge of SAP-ECC and SAP-GRC would be preferred. 


  • Fluent in English; 
  • Any other language is considered a plus.
