About the Role:

For our Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters we are looking for a Global Sales Community Development Manager to join the Sales Business Development (SBD) team. 
In your new role, you will be developing an industry leading global community of commercial professionals, including Group and Area SBD, and local Sales and Trade Marketing professionals of Ferrero (>5.000 HCs at global level, including the field force). 


Main tasks:
You will be defining the Global Community Management strategy & model rollout globally. With a high level of autonomy, you will be building up the Commercial Community from green field. You will map the Global Community members and define an effective interaction framework. Additionally, you will be in charge of organizing inclusive events with the aim to enhance the sense of belonging to the Global Commercial Community.  
You will be ensuring an effective communication of SBD guidelines to the Global Community and act as a SBD digital ambassador.
In addition, you will becoordinating SBD competencies and channel specific boards / events, enhancing networking, knowledge and best practice sharing among the participants.
With the support of IT, you will be selecting the digital tools needed for an effective Community Management.
 

Who we are looking for:

Profile:

  • Previous experience of at least 6 years in sales and/or trade management field;
  • Relevant academic background (Bachelors, Masters, MBA or related);
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with various stakeholders, at different levels (HR, IT, Sales, etc);
  • Creative mindset and agility;
  • Project management skills;
  • Knowledge of digital communication tools (e.g. Yammer);
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
