About the Role:

For our Ferrero Group Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Financial Risk Management Analyst to support Corporate Finance’s Capital Markets & Risk Management team.

From this role you will report hierarchically to Capital Markets and Risk Management Manager.

Thanks to this exciting opportunity you will be involved in activities related to derivatives valuation, controlling, reporting and compliance while you will also support in relation to Risk management activities.
 

Main Responsibilities:

By covering this position, you will have to check all derivatives transactions on FX, Interest rates, and commodities inserted in the system.

You will be monitoring and controlling other group entities acting in hedging and derivatives (extra and intercompany) while you will have to check realised and unrealised derivatives under IFRS and LUX GAAP of hedging transactions. In relation, this will include also reporting valuations and analysis activities. 

In support with other Financial teams, you will support in the FX Risk detection through identification and structuring of hedging strategies. In addition, you will support the management of the outstanding positions vis-a-vis market conditions and treasury flows. As analyst you will also check of actual treasury flows versus forecast.

In collaboration with our Procurement department, you will work in the identification and structuring of hedging strategies assuring a post-trade support in the management of the outstanding position.

To assure derivatives’ compliance you will perform analysis and controls in accordance with the best practice and Ferrero Standard framework in collaboration with Group legal department. 
 

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your university degree background in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or in other related fields. 

With 2 years of experience in a Finance department you have ideally, experience in a Corporate Finance team or in other supportive roles related to financial data analysis and finance report preparation. Experience in interacting with different stakeholders within an organization of a multinational company will be appreciated. 

Your advanced knowledge in Excel and strong interest about Financial Markets and experience working with SAP will help you achieve your role's objectives.

You bring an analytical mindset, and you enjoy working with a significant amount of data.

You work in a timely manner, and you can properly prioritize tasks.

Being an excellent written and oral communicator, enthusiastic about working both individually and as part of a Team you support a continuous improvement culture being able to adapt easily in an ever-changing environment.
