About the Role:

As the Ferrero Asia Pacific (FAP) Region Product Flow Manager, you will be responsible to ensure that Ferrero products are available in markets with the right packaging (adhering to Ferrero guidelines and local food labeling regulations), at the right time for the business ("World Class Operations"), customers ("Preferred Partner") and consumers ("Superior Products"). You will also support Ferrero sustainability journey through excellent packaging change management while ensuring local food labeling compliance at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

End-to-end Product Flow “Subject Matter Expert” for new product/seasonals/promo products and change management

  • Aligns yearly commercial activity calendar with Marketing.
  • Participate in Regional Cluster/S&OP meetings to provide project updates as needed
  • Subject Matter Expert of Ferrero "Upstream" and "Downstream" flows/processes and systems.
  • Proactively drives project timeline and key due dates including feasibility checks.
  • Conduct risk assessment and option analysis to enable timely discussion and decision.
  • Verifies availability of and liaises with respective function to get other key data or local certifications needed to deliver the project. Possible activities/documents to be mapped and tracked in project timeline include (but are not limited to):
    • Local regulations and certifications e.g., product registration, halal, etc as per Food Labeling and Quality guidelines
    • Toy and gadget assortment selection, availability and certification (for products with toy/gadget) as per internal Ferrero guidelines
    • Activities with external agencies as per Marketing indication e.g., proof reading, creative design

Project Management, Basic Master Data Creation, and Artwork and Packaging Management

  • Upstream Flow -
    • Closely work with Marketing to provide full project timeline & visibility on key milestones e.g., i) Recipe Validation, ii) Brief Approval (7 stages), iii) Master Copy Sheet (texts & logos for artworks).
  • Basic Master Data & Downstream Flow -
    • SKU code creation and maintenance (basic data only) – ensure sku code is available on-time for forecast upload per project timeline.
    • Forecast Upload and 1st Production – work closely with Marketing/Sales/ Demand/Supply teams to ensure forecast is uploaded following the due date & 1st production is planned according to the project timeline.
    • Artwork Management - i) Collaborate with multi-functional team members to get all the artwork inputs, artwork reviews, and artwork approvals (includes approval from local authority as applicable) ready per project timeline, ii) Work with local & centralized artwork agencies for artwork development; ensure job allocation follows priority needs & global agency assignment.
    • Packaging Management - i) Ensure packaging list at sku level is accurate based on the new artworks created (this info feeds into Packaging BoM/Bill of Materials), ii) Work with Area Documental Planning to ensure timely packaging development, approval & procurement to support 1st production plan, iii) Support Marketing to minimize packaging write-off.
    • Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution – proactively identify potential risks and mitigation plans; when issue arises, collaborate with multi-functional team members to identify proposed solution and get necessary approval to move forward.

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong Time management skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • At least 10 years of experience in related experience, preferrably with experience from FMCG industry
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in the relevant expertise
  • Fluency in English Language
