About the Role:
Ferrero Israel is looking for an e-commerce Manager to drive the growth of its eCommerce business and capabilities. As a key player in the Team, you will be collaborating with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing and Supply Chain units and be responsible to formulate the eCommerce strategy and deploy the eCommerce business plans, along with its capabilities’ development.
Main Responsibilities:
Formulate the development of the eCommerce vision and strategy for Ferrero, in alignment with all key local and Group stakeholders
In partnership with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales local functions, accelerate online Customers’ development with the objective of maximizing Customers’ growth while delivering turnover and profits
Design yearly eCommerce activity grids for online pure players and omnichannel players, including investments and portfolio management
Champion the use of set of ecommerce tools and processes that the local market teams can effectively deploy throughout their functions, in alignment with Group global eCommerce
Support the eCommerce performance tracking and management across channels, as well as the follow-through on opportunities and challenges during the fiscal year
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred; MBA / other advanced education a plus (preferred fields: economics, management, business administration, marketing, engineering)
Fluent English and Hebrew
3 years of full-time experience, with mandatory experience in eCommerce
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) incl. macros (experience of work in SAP APO is a plus)
Previous experience ìn international / global roles is a plus
Experience in FMCG is a plus
Strong strategic thinking and solid analytical skills gained in FMCG and/ or Retail business
Project management skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives
Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to influence and coordinate different stakeholders
High flexibility and result orientation
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
