About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our organization, who will report to Customer Service Manager.
This role within Ferrero's Supply Chain department enables you to act as the process owner of each order-to-Cash, whilst ensuring that the customer is at the focal point of each purchase. This means working closely with demand and supply planning, commercial department and 3PL warehouses to ensure on time and in full delivery.
 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Check and create the Sales Order and the Delivery in SAP;
  • Daily monitoring the delivery to the customers together with the 3PL;
  • Maintain the materials data base for each customer;
  • Management of returns from customers in line with Ferrero standards;
  • Daily monitoring of EDI messages, correcting the errors.
     

Who we are looking for:

  • Fluent in English
  • Very good knowledge of Ms Office
  • Good Knowledge of SAP 
  • Experience on a similar position minimum 2 years
  • Knowledge regarding FMCG market
  • Knowledge regarding Supply Chain processes 
  • Results oriented person
  • Attention to details
