About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist for a 6 months temporary contract.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively collaborate within the Group Corporate Communications Center and Press Office Team;
  • Support the Group Press Office with writing and producing press releases, key messages, Q&As and other media material;
  • Support the Group Press Office with media monitoring and in dealing with international media inquiries (including support to local countries with media and PR);
  • Help setup and coordinate global corporate digital platforms;
  • Help update and maintain the global corporate communications calendar;
  • Help create relevant, newsworthy story angles that can maximize positive coverage and command media attention on corporate/sustainability/brand topics;
  • Support Group brand projects and campaigns, with a focus on those that are more relevant to corporate communications;
  • Work hands in hands with the institutional affairs department, as well as finding all possible synergies with the internal comms department.

Who we are looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree required in PR, Corporate Communications or related field;
  • 1/2 years of Corporate Communications/Public Relations experience;
  • In-house or agency experience at national and/or international level is considered a plus;
  • Preferable: Experience at a Food & Drink sector or FMCG company;
  • Specific knowledge or interest in the some of the following areas: Sustainability, Nutrition and Brands;
  • Competence in managing social and digital platforms;
  • Specific writing and content development skills including press releases, key messages, Q&A, social media copy/content;
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Results orientated and hands on mentality;
  • Global mindset and capability to work in international contexts;

IT Skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office;
  • Knowledge of media monitoring and social listening platforms such as Talkwalker.


  • Fluent in English;
  • Italian, French a plus.
