About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Compensations and Benefits Specialists to analyze and advise on compensation information and market benefits, as well as the conduct of the internal compensation scheme, in order to make recommendations that contribute to generating value to the compensation strategy of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate compensation management vs. market, participating in compensation surveys and economic reports, to obtain the latest trends and practices in order to align and improve the compensation and benefits strategy. Manage the company's benefits program in accordance with the policies established so that employees receive the benefits commensurate with their position. Recommend compensation schemes and support the development of policies that are beneficial to the well-being of employees. Calculate, analyze and send sales force incentives, ensuring payment in a timely manner in accordance with the current incentive policy. Implement and advise on measurement mechanisms (indicators) associated with incentives, variable payment of the sales force and logistics, carrying out a periodic evaluation of its efficiency and effectiveness to recommend in the revaluation of the established processes; implementation of the necessary corrections and proposals for changes in the incentive policy, as well as designing and training in the use of the corresponding tools and schemes. Manage together with IT and S&OP the information that impacts on the tools (platforms: Business Warehouse, Danone KPI's, Sell Out, Dashboard, SAP) and calculation of the monthly incentives to guarantee the correct operation, the quality of the information and payment incentives according to current policy.

Who are we looking for:

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or similar.

At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles. 

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Knowledge of sales incentives calculation. 

Advanced Excel. 

Proactive, accountable, results oriented and with strong communication skills.
