About the Role:
At Ferrero we are dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our valued customers. We have now an exciting opportunity for Category Development Executive to join our dynamic team to make significant impact and drive growth within our categories. As the Category Development Executive, you will create and deliver compelling plans and propositions to drive everyday availability and performance of our iconic brands in the market using Category and shopper data/ insight.
The Category Development Executive has 100% responsibility for the provision of Shopper and sales led market data and transformation of that data into compelling arguments to grow the category and brands within it. The Category Development Executive is also 100% responsible for the cataloguing of all targets/ranging priorities in order to have a clear picture of success including Planograms, placement and category navigation. The person in this role is also accountable for building NPD plans and the picture of success.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone that has a passion for our brands and data. Have a future-focused mindset, being curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers, and translating opportunities into business plans. Influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view. As the Category Development Executive, you will have excellent analytical skills, be able to interpret data (sales, market, Shopper, consumer), have a good understanding of data sources such as Nielsen, Kantar, or Circana have strong communication and relation-building skills. You will have previous experience in Category Development and/or account management.
