Regional Field Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:

- Delivery of annual sales plan and regional budget
- Implementation of trade campaigns and customer plans
- Sales tools development and optimization
- Reporting 
- Lead and develop field sales representatives/sales team
- Performance management
- Overhead management (staff and external merchandising)
- Co-driving with our Sales Representatives (approximately 45 overnight trips per year)


- High School Degree
- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Fluent in Swedish
- Able to communicate in English
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- CRM experience where knowledge in Argus is a merit
- Documented ability to lead and develop individuals and teams
- Relationship builder
- Experienced in Swedish trade and FMCG
- Proficient knowledge of category management 
- Analytical with solid skills in planning and execution

As our head office is located in Malmö and we have Sales Reprecentatives all ove Sweden we think you live somewhere between Malmö and Jönköping along E4, or between Malmö and Göteborg along E6.
