About the role

Join as Region Quality Manager México & CAM to be responsible for the overall Quality in Mexico and Central America from Supplier to the Market - with full accountability on: Regional Suppliers of Raw Materials and Packaging;(ii)Industrial area - Plant and Warehouses; (iii) Commercial area – Logistic (Commercial Warehouses and Distributors) , Point of Sales and Consumer Complaints.
In this role, you will be responsible for Defines, in coordination with AQM, the Vision, Mission and Objectives for the Region in keeping with all value chain quality priorities, identifying related strategies and projects/initiatives.
You will Defines and assures guidelines are correctly applied at local level.
You will Defines mechanisms for coordination and guarantee alignment among Region resources (e.g. recurring meeting, update report etc.).
You will Manages managerial and professionally AQS, CQM, Raw Materials and Packaging Quality, involving key relevant stakeholders (Plant Manager, Central Functions etc)
You will support Procurement for the evaluation and selection of the raw and packaging suppliers from Quality perspective, combined with training, communications, partnering, and certification, to assure shared quality expectations and results You will Ensures that local suppliers are correctly audited and monitored, in compliance with central identified plan and methodologies, to avoid risk with the materials that are shipped to our plants
You will Ensures the correct sharing of information between local team and central functions (on audit results, reports, kpis,) to aligned global strategies for the different materials
You will Ensures the correct application of central guidelines within the transformation process (both plant and copackers)

Who are we looking for
Min. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
At least 10 years of experience in similar roles.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Knowledge of quality management, food safety , Commercial Business Processes, Business planning and S&O, Production and Logistics topics
results oriented, strategic mindset and with strong people management skills.
