About the role:

As Region Marketing Manager Category, you will be responsible for the implementation of the area Marketing Strategic Plan in the Region for the Kinder Category. Your strategic thinking and analytical skills will play a key role to develop and propose the marketing mix and plan definition. We will be looking for a proven marketing leader to supervise and perform brand management activities / category projects to achieve the given targets that will make Ferrero brands even more extraordinary.

Main responsibilities:

In this role, you will support and implement the Strategic Plan by analyzing and building a country specific expertise on the long-term Brand performance, competitors, trends and consumer understanding. We will count on you to provide country specific input about portfolio strategy, definition of research needs and budget to achieve optimal setting of targets (volumes, P&L, investments and the global activity plan).
As part of your responsibilities, you will coordinate requests for the creation of local SKUs basket and activate requests to create new SKUs accordingly to defined Global Catalogue, as well as provide local perspective in process of defining appropriate list prices / price increases.
You will oversee Sales / Consumer KPI monitoring and follow-up and contribute to S&OP process by providing the detail of Activity Grids to tune sales forecasts. Assess, understand and analyze the profit and loss statement and the gaps versus budget targets under year, suggesting corrective measures and / or budget reviews.
We will count on you to support the development of innovation initiatives and their deployment in the Region in alignment with Brand PS guidelines leveraging local opportunities and market expertise, in alignment with Global.
Use your experience to provide inputs to communication, advertising and media planning, including identification of target audiences and participation in definition of media mix to maximize impact of advertising campaigns, and guarantee the communication development from the copy brief to ‘on air’.
As Region Marketing Manager Category, you will define the promotion strategic approach and planning in full alignment with Region Manager and oversee the local promotion development, promotions’ follow up and effectiveness analysis; proactively contributing to proposal, implementation and follow up of products / projects priorities.
As a leader, you will be accountable for managing people, ensuring a management system based on Group values, motivation, competence development and empowerment.

Who are we looking for:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Administration or related fields 
15yrs FMCG brand and innovation marketing experience
Proven business acumen and demonstrated strength in marketing competencies 
Ability to drive profitable, penetration-led growth through consumer-led strategies and plans 
Strong leadership, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills 
Fluency in English is mandatory
