About the Role:
The Manager for our channel Impulse/Out of Home will undertake the leadership, management and communication of his/her team in the context of the Ferrero Benelux commercial policy but will also put forward a strategy for his/her channel, negotiate agreements with clients, achieve the goals set by the company.
She/He is in charge of the P&L of the channel in the Benelux, needs to define the strategic plan with the Sales Director, and to implement the entire business plan.
*Strategy, negotiation and implementation of the business plan: analyzing and initiating a detailed strategic plan together with Trade Marketing and helping to develop suitable tools and materials. Drawing up a channel and client/brand development plan in order to build a lasting competitive advantage while taking account of a category-based approach for the client. Supporting the KAMs when concluding annual commercial cooperation agreements.
*Budget planning and management: drawing up the business plan for the channel, and with the Sales Director Belux, establishing the forecast for annual sales of the clients.Taking responsibility for the consolidated operating account of the clients. Managingbudgets properly, ensuring they are met and organizing the follow-up in collaboration with the customer service and the accounts department.
*Client management: following up the sales forecast on a weekly basis and analyzing the development of volumes; determining catch-up actions if necessary.
*Communication and information: organizing smooth communication in the Salesdepartment and circulating information properly among the Trade / Marketing / Supply Chain management teams.
*Human resources management: coordinating, motivating, training and ensuring the development of the team.
Who we are looking for:
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English
- At least 7 years of Sales experience in the Belgian FMCG industry and OOH/Impulse channel
- Experience with Key Account Management is a must.
- Demonstrate high-level sales and negotiation skills, act analytically
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Build and establish trust with employees, shareholders and customers
- Develop a vision. Be a 'change manager', show drive and initiative, leverage innovation and generate innovative ideas
