About the Role:
Maintaining, with a long-term perspective, the value of the industrial assets, granting the availability and reliability of the production outputs, servicing the plant, respecting costs and service levels. Main Responsibilities:
In this role you will an extensive remit that will include:
Managing the maintenance team which includes both mechanical & electrical specialists and a maintenance supervisor.
Managing all site utilities and facilities.
Responsible for the project management of both the CAPEX & Opex budgets.
Planning, mapping & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance strategy for the entire plant in conjunction with other relevant stakeholder/functions.
Support to manage the technical stores department.
People management, recruitment & training and development of your maintenance team.
